The Summit Hut sits at an elevation of 2730 meters, at the very top of Panorama Mountain Resort. Open daily between 10am and 3:15pm, stop at the Summit to warm up before tackling the deep of Taynton Bowl. Try a smokie and finish off with one of the biggest brownies around. For an amazing Apres experience, try the Expert Summit Hut Fondue or the amazing Heli Fondue with partner RK Heliski.

The Great Hall is the perfect place to recharge your energy at any time of day. Each night our family focused, buffet dinners will offer choices for all ages. The Fireside Cafe & Lounge is a brand new café and wine lounge nestled between the T-Bar and the Pine Inn in the heart of the Village. Take a break from the slopes and warm up with a hot drink or freshly made pastry in our new coffee shop. If you don’t want to stop, swing by the heated take-out window for a coffee to go.
Friday and Saturday evenings, Fireside turns into a relaxed wine lounge serving up charcuterie, specialty coffees, and a revolving wine list.

The Cabin at Earl Grey Lodge create a different menu each evening of the week and provide lunch and après ski in the winter. The open plan kitchen design allows you to view the chefs at work or visit the bar area for pre-dinner cocktails while viewing the preparation of your food. Grey’s chefs are available to discuss the menu while you watch them prepare your meal.
